SENNEBOGEN will be presenting state-of-the-art technology for efficient timber handling at LIGNA 2025, the world's leading trade fair for tools, machines and equipment for woodworking and processing in Hanover, including two brand new pick and carry material handlers for timber businesses and sawmills.
From May 26 to 30, 2025, SENNEBOGEN will once again be presenting the BIG TIMBER TRENDS at LIGNA in Hanover. At its more than 500 m² stand on the open-air site, Theme Alley Logistics Sawmills, Stand L62, the Bavarian manufacturer of material handling technology will be showcasing a total of four machine exhibits - including two world premieres - with pioneering and efficient solutions for timber handling, sawmills, log yards, energy wood harvesting and log transport.
The 724 G and the 726 G will be presented to the public for the first time at the trade fair. The two mobile pick and carry timber handling machines with operating weights of 29 t and 31 t respectively offer a tailor-made solution, particularly for efficient log handling in medium-sized timber businesses. For the first time, the two machines combine the proven pick and carry concept with the advantages of the latest, 6th machine generation, the SENNEBOGEN G series, and thus offer maximum efficiency as well as maximum user-friendliness and safety at the cutting edge of technology.
A separate press release on the new machines can be found here.
The two material handler exhibits will be accompanied by the SENNEBOGEN 735 E Electric Drive with an operating weight of around 44 t and a reach of 11.3 m, which will also be on display. This pick and carry material handler with electric travel drive is unique on the market and impresses with its particularly energy-saving operation in demanding continuous operation. Thanks to the electric travel drive, the SENNEBOGEN 735 E Electric Drive ensures optimum performance and efficient processes in the log yard and sawmill. The machine has very high driving dynamics with high acceleration values. At the same time, it saves up to 30% fuel.
The fourth exhibit is the new 6 t telescopic handler from SENNEBOGEN. Thanks to its robust design and 6 t load capacity, the 360 G is built for heavy-duty applications and continuous use. The all-rounder can be equipped with a wide range of attachments and is ideally suited for loading sawmill by-products. Equipped with a timber grab, it can also be used to transport logs. The telescopic handler also scores points with its unique, continuously elevating cab, which provides the driver with an optimum overview.
All this can be seen from May 26 to 30, 2025 at the LIGNA in Hanover, SENNEBOGEN booth at outdoor area L62. We look forward to seeing you there.
