Offshore and harbor cranes

Offshore and harbor cranes are exposed to the toughest environmental conditions. Whether duty cycle cranes, crawler cranes, telescopic cranes or harbor cranes, our machines can be configured specifically for offshore applications and meet the more stringent safety regulations that apply on the high seas or at the port:

01 Individual project planning according to customer requirements

Individually configurable: from highly demanding offshore operations to pick and carry at the port: undercarriage solutions in mobile or crawler, different winch equipment, various attachments, modular boom system.

02 Corrosion protection

Very good corrosion protection due to high-quality, min. 240 µ thick protective coating according to ISO 12944 as well as chrome-plated and galvanized cylinder piston rods.

03 High stability with low ground pressure

due to robust undercarriage and large outrigger square. Our cranes are subject to special acceptances, so that work with load on the hook is possible without problems at up to 4° inclination.

04 Maximum driver comfort and safety

Ideal ergonomics with the Mastercab or the Portcab equipped with comfort and assistance systems. Safe access to the superstructure through allround gallery and railings as well as powerful LED lighting.

05 Perfect view into the ship

thanks to flexibly adjustable, hydraulically telescopic or rigid cabin elevations (up to 15 m viewing height).

06 Fast lifting

by means of a second winch via the optional auxiliary jib
