Well rehabilitation and well construction

In well construction, structures are erected to pump and monitor groundwater. In well drilling, the duty cycle cranes in particular, which can be subjected to the highest dynamic stresses, prove to be ideal carriers for casing machines or for grab boreholes up to DN 3300.

After well construction, well regeneration is required at regular intervals, during which performance-reducing deposits are removed from the well casing. As soon as the stability of the well can generally no longer be guaranteed and/or leaks occur in the well pipe that make well regeneration no longer economical, a well rehabilitation is necessary. This is where the mobile telescopic cranes and mobile duty cycle cranes shine, as they allow the delicate work to be carried out precisely, are compact, and can move flexibly with the load.

Duty cycle crane: use with piping machine

High performance

Thanks to their high performance with up to 1100 hp and powerful free-fall winches, our SENNEBOGEN HD duty cycle cranes are ideally equipped for demanding piping applications.

OCHS Bohr GmbH already has its seventh SENNEBOGEN crane in its fleet, which, in addition to two telecranes, also includes five duty cycle cranes from the Straubing-based engineering company: "In our well construction department, we only use SENNEBOGEN machines, and even the older models are still running excellently. In well rehabilitation, our requirements for a crane are quite clear: it must lift and lower, not perform impact work. At the same time, however, it must be compact and flexible in use and be able to travel under load."
