Training start 2025

At the start of the 2025 training year, SENNEBOGEN welcomed a total of 40 new trainees to its locations in Straubing, Steinach, and Wackersdorf. The family-owned company currently offers training in 17 industrial and commercial professions, providing young people with a wide range of opportunities to start their careers.

On the first day, the new trainees were personally welcomed in Straubing by Managing Director Erich Sennebogen and in Wackersdorf by Managing Director Alexander Scherer. Both emphasized the importance of training for the future of the company and wished the career starters every success, perseverance and pleasure in their new tasks.

Training with prospects

With its own training workshop, inter-company training courses and decades of experience as a training company, SENNEBOGEN creates the best conditions for successful training. The promotion of young talent is a central component of the company philosophy - and a decisive contribution to securing skilled workers in the region.

Management and trainers welcome 27 new colleagues to Straubing and Steinach.

In Straubing, 27 young colleagues started their first year of training. After the official welcome by the management, a varied program awaited them: a large factory tour gave the trainees an understanding of the company's production and history. They were also able to get active themselves on the academy grounds - driving excavators, playing table football or having relaxed conversations with their new colleagues. This made it easy for them to get started with their training and team spirit was not neglected right from the start.

In Wackersdorf, too, 13 trainees in eight different professions started their first day at work. The official welcome was followed by the first briefings on topics such as safety and data protection. A group photo rounded off the induction day before the trainees moved on to their specialist departments.
