SENNEBOGEN 818 – The Site Manager

Sorting and handling - those are the main tasks of the SENNEBOGEN 818 at Bühler Recycling in Bopfingen. A wide variety of material is delivered each day - often sorted, but also unsorted in some cases.

Whether foil, cardboard, styrofoam, plastics, wood, lop or residual waste - the machine must fulfil a wide range of requirements. In addition to sorting the material into types, bulky goods, metal, branches and much more as sorted with the 818. The machine is also used for loading HGVs, filling troughs or feeding presses.

Equipped with a 450 l sorting grab on the 9 m boom, the 818 is the ideal machine for this site and all necessary tasks. The SENNEBOGEN 818 was specially developed for use in the recycling industry. Maximum operating flexibility is achieved with the extremely compact and robust design. With a rear end radius of just 2.3 m, the 818 is highly agile, quick to manoeuvre and powerful even in the tightest of spaces. The specially protected hydraulic cylinders, the large-dimension outriggers and undercarriage protection are examples of useful practice-orientated solutions offered by this machine. Support for the machine is provided by the longstanding SENNEBOGEN sales and service partner Fischer and Schweiger, who found the optimal solution for Bühler Recycling in the form of the 818 through expert consultation.
