With the new E-Series SENNEBOGEN has developed an intelligent control system that actively supports the user and is handled intuitively. SENCON, the SENNEBOGEN Control System, offers extensive information on machine parameters, it can be flexibly adapted to meet different requirements, and it is convincing through intelligent networking.
Leading edge through innovation, demonstrated once again with the newly developed SENNEBOGEN Control System, in short SENCON. The intelligent control system ensures the interlinking of relevant machine components, and thanks to its ergonomically designed intuitive user interface, it allows optimal operability. In the SENCON various functionalities are combined in a single unit.
Currently the new control system is implemented in the new E-Series machines, and in the future it will be used as standard equipment in the material handling machines, duty cycle crawler cranes, telescopic cranes and crawler cranes of the E-Series of the SENNEBOGEN product line. The display of machine status can be understood intuitively via symbols and clearly laid out menu navigation. Advantages are better fault diagnostics and the ability to schedule service intervention, as sporadic faults are also stored in memory in a manner that is clear and understandable. In addition, operator and owner can read out energy consumption data or capacity utilization data directly on the display and use the machine with the utmost profitability.
The fan control is an example of the intelligent networking, in which the different components are interlinked. In accordance with the required cooling capacity, fan control can be regulated so that energy consumption is significantly reduced, however the cooling capacity always remains at the optimal operating point.
On the clearly laid out display the operator can make the most important settings himself. For example, the idle-stop automation and Eco Mode can be selected or deselected as required. In the Optimode of the material handling machines each area of implementation can be adjusted so that the machines can work at the highest level of efficiency. This means that only the capacity is provided that is required for the respective work requirement. In this manner fuel consumption of the machine is significantly reduced.
