Hydraulic duty cycle cranes from SENNEBOGEN are in demand around the world, wherever the task at hand is reliably carrying out demanding underground engineering projects. As a genuine duty cycle crawler crane, the new SENNEBOGEN 6130 HD is made to order for demanding special underground construction, and it is based on the latest E-Series technology. The underground engineering specialists at Tysan Holdings Ltd. in Hong Kong also rely on the machine. The enterprise, with its 1,400 employees, specializes in pile foundations and foundation work. Recently Tysan has been relying on two new SENNEBOGEN 6130 HD duty cycle crawler cranes for these implementations.
Currently both of the machines are deployed at a construction site in Hong Kong. Here the task is to dig bore holes to a depth of 90 m as foundations for a new skyscraper. The 6130 HD with its powerful 708 kW diesel engine is particularly well-suited for the demanding implementation with casing machines. Combined with a Leffer VRM 3300, with a deadweight of 65 t, pipes with a diameter of up to 3.3 m are driven into the ground. In this regard, the casing machine is directly connected mechanically to the duty cycle crawler crane and is directly driven hydraulically with a capacity of approximately 800 l per minute.
For the customer, the robust design and the high reliability of the machine were significant. The safe working loads of up to 130 t were also crucial criteria. Two 30 t freefall winches, which among other things, move the 22 t freefall inner grapple, ensure the necessary power reserves. For the operator, the comfortable ergonomic Maxcab, together with 4 surrounding cameras and numerous LED headlights, offer an ideal overview of the work area and the highest level of safety. The local Sales and Service Partner, Robinson Equipment Ltd. handles the maintenance and regular service.
Tysan Foundation Ltd, uses two new SENNEBOGEN 6130 HD duty cycle crawler cranes for casing work and foundation work in the huge city of Hong Kong.
