Recycling is one of the biggest challenges of our future! SENNEBOGEN accepts this challenge and presented its efficient and sustainable solutions for material handling in the recycling industry at IFAT in May. On an impressive 526 m² booth area in the hall and during demonstrations in the outdoor area, SENNEBOGEN presented itself larger than ever and showed a large part of its recycling family with a total of nine innovative machines.
The members of the Deggendorf Institute of Technology's student club, Club of Mechanical Engineers (CoME), were particularly impressed as they watched the 830 E Demolition at work. A technical expert was on hand to answer questions and explain the 825 E Electro Battery.
For the first time, SENNEBOGEN exhibited a battery-powered machine as part of the demonstrations, supported by all technical areas. In general, a lot of cooperation is required to put on such presentations.
"At a trade fair as large as IFAT, it becomes clear how important good teamwork is, as many different departments are involved. The cooperation between exhibitor colleagues is also particularly positive: People help each other and take care not to get in each other's way when setting up at the trade fair. It was important to us to design the demonstrations in a customer-oriented way, which the VDMA, as the organizer of the demos, responded to very well and we are very pleased that they were so well received!"Lena Espertshuber, Project Assistant IFAT
When designing our trade fair stands, it is important to us not to create a pure sales area, but a feel-good place with a focus on the customers, where they would like to linger and come back. This is what makes SENNEBOGEN stand out. As a recycling trade fair, IFAT attracts a special specialist audience, to whom we present our innovative solutions in the special SENNEBOGEN way. We integrated the machines into the stand with millimeter precision. This enabled us to present our innovative approaches and inspire visitors from the very young to the very old.
As a green company, sustainability plays a major role for SENNEBOGEN when designing trade fair stands: we make sure to minimize waste and reuse reusable elements such as display cases, panels and plants at various trade fairs. Our trainees have also contributed to this: as part of their trainee project for IFAT 2024, they designed two steel brochure stands based on our regulars' table, which will accompany us to future trade fairs.
A key factor for the successful trade fair appearance was the excellent organization of the caterer Jedermann, based in Straßkirchen. A week at the trade fair and an evening at the stand involve a huge amount of planning and logistics. The boss, Sebastian Völkl, commuted daily between the trade fair and Straßkirchen to prepare the day's dishes for the following day. Thanks to the efforts of the Jedermann team and their outstanding performance in terms of service, speed and responsiveness, our guests were always well looked after.
A major highlight of the trade fair week was the stand evening, which SENNEBOGEN organized for the first time at IFAT. In contrast to the stand evenings at bauma, which are known as legendary parties, we now attached great importance to a cozy get-together with our dealers and customers.
In a relaxed atmosphere with music and entertainment, the 180 guests present were able to relax after a busy day at the trade fair and chat in a relaxed atmosphere. "The evening was extremely well received and many guests appreciated the opportunity to have intensive and personal discussions," says Jessica Hennek, IFAT Project Manager.
