The collaboration between Hündgen Entsorgung and SENNEBOGEN began a few years ago with a test run of the 355 E - today the green telehandlers are firmly established in the company's day-to-day work. What began with a rental machine quickly developed into a partnership: Following the successful testing of the 355 E, a 340 G with an identical configuration followed - also on installment plan - and currently a 360 G in test use at the Swisttal site.
Hündgen Entsorgungs GmbH & Co KG can look back on over 75 years of company history. Since its foundation in 1949, the company has developed into a supra-regional expert in logistics, sorting services, recycling of recyclable materials from mixed waste and the production of substitute fuels and recyclates. Light packaging waste from around 3 million households is processed in the state-of-the-art sorting plant in Swisttal. Hündgen also operates a container service with around 1,000 containers and two regional recycling centers.
The 360 G is inoperation 20 hours a day, spread over three shifts. The importance of a reliable and powerful machine is particularly evident during compaction and loading. One of Hündgen's key targets is to load at least 21 tons of material in 15 minutes. The 360 G clearly exceeded this target - with 23.4 tons per 15 minutes, it proves to be an extremely efficient helper in the demanding handling process.
The decision in favor of SENNEBOGEN was based on the positive experience with the predecessor model 355 E. Even back then, the telehandler impressed with its reliable exhaust gas aftertreatment with particulate filter and Adblue system - a clear advantage over comparable machines from other manufacturers, which repeatedly experienced problems. This strength is also evident in the current 360 G: the technology is stable and low-maintenance in demanding recycling operations.
Compared to the previous models, the 360 G offers additional advantages: more efficient work, more speed and time savings in the process. With a load capacity of up to 6 tons and a lifting height of up to 8.5 meters, the telehandler also offers plenty of reserves for demanding tasks. The elevating cab also helps to ensure that the driver always has an overview and can work ergonomically - discomfort in the neck area is no longer an issue.
With the 360 G, Hündgen Entsorgung is testing a machine that sets new standards in terms of performance, reliability and driver comfort. The experience gained so far in three-shift operation speaks for itself: the telehandler fits the application profile and supports the processes efficiently - a future-proof solution for a modern recycling company.
