SENNEBOGEN trains the best precision mechanic in the region for the second time in a row

SENNEBOGEN had already trained the best precision mechanic in the catchment area of the Donau-Wald district craftsmen's association in 2021. With his impressive final result, Lutz Hiendlmeier has now shown once again that training at SENNEBOGEN can bring great success.

Hiendlmeier began his training in 2019 and successfully completed it after two and a half years with an excellent final grade. As a precision mechanic, he learned the important basics for starting his career during this time. Turning, milling, hydraulics and pneumatics - all these topics were taught to him in the company's own training workshop and in a wide variety of departments. "It is precisely the good basic training in the training workshop and the support provided by professionally competent trainers that can be emphasized at SENNEBOGEN. We apprentices were allowed to take on responsibility early on and supervise our own projects from start to finish," explains Hiendlmeier.

"As a native of Straubing, I have of course known the SENNEBOGEN company for a long time. I then looked specifically for technical apprenticeships and came across the apprenticeship as a precision mechanic," says Lutz Hiendlmeier. He says that the broad range of tasks and the varied training content in particular were decisive factors in his choice of career. The skills and fundamentals he acquired during his training can now be applied in his new job as a hydraulic design engineer in the control technology department. In addition to general order processing, his new responsibilities also include series support for specific machines and assistance with development projects and prototype construction. This means that Lutz Hiendlmeier can already fill a challenging position in the company.

The district craftsmen representing head craftsman Andreas Heisinger (3rd from left) and deputy head craftswoman Maria Vilsmeier (4th from left) are pleased with Lutz Hiendlmeier (5th from left) and the instructors Edmund Limmer (right) and Manuel Neuber (2nd from left) as well as the head of control engineering Thomas Heckner (left).

Lutz Hiendlmeier was honored for the very successful result by head master Andreas Heisinger and deputy head master Maria Vilsmeier during a visit to the Donau-Wald district craftsmen's association. He received additional recognition from his training company in the form of a bonus of €300, which all trainees with a very good training qualification receive.

We congratulate Lutz Hiendlmeier once again for his excellent graduation and wish him all the best for his career start and his future at SENNEBOGEN!
