At a festive closing ceremony, SENNEBOGEN honored ten apprentices for successfully completing their apprenticeships. Together with company management, the trainers, and their families, they looked back on the past years of training and celebrated this special milestone.
To kick off the event, Managing Director Thorsten Resch welcomed the graduates and their guests and reflected on an intensive and instructive training period. With their successful graduation, an important chapter in the young professionals’ lives comes to a close – and at the same time, a new chapter begins as skilled workers at SENNEBOGEN.
In his speech, Klaus Stiglbauer, Head of Human Resources and Fleet Management, compared training to a soccer game:
“When the whistle blows, no one knows exactly how the game will unfold. What matters, however, is facing every challenge, learning from mistakes, and never giving up. It’s precisely the experiences that don’t always go according to plan that are often the most valuable and help us grow both personally and professionally.”
With these words, he congratulated the graduates on successfully completing their training and wished them every success in their future careers at SENNEBOGEN.
In addition to the successful completion of the apprenticeship program, outstanding achievements were once again recognized this year.
Thomas Simmel ( precision mechanical engineer) was already awarded the association prize during the vocational school’s graduation ceremony for his outstanding grade point average of 1.0. Paul Mannes (agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician) received an honor for his outstanding performance on the journeyman’s examination. Korbinian Albrecht ( IT specialist for system integration) passed his IHK final examination with the highest grade and was also honored for his exceptional achievements.
A heartfelt thank you was also extended that afternoon to the families of the graduates. With their support and encouragement, they made an important contribution to the successful completion of the training program.
“We are delighted that all graduates will be continuing their careers at SENNEBOGEN. With their knowledge, dedication, and motivation, they are a valuable asset to our company,”emphasized Klaus Stiglbauer at the conclusion of the ceremony.
