At a fitting graduation ceremony, SENNEBOGEN was able to congratulate 17 apprentices on successfully completing their training. Once again, a number of apprentices were able to shine with top performances in their final examinations, including honours for the best in the precision mechanic profession and awards from the government of Lower Bavaria in the industrial clerk profession.
"Our apprentices are an important pillar of our success. We are constantly investing in new machines and our training workshop to pave the way for modern and up-to-date training for our apprentices," emphasized shareholder Erich Sennebogen in his speech at the graduation ceremony. All graduates were presented with certificates and gifts in recognition of the successful completion of their training.
The newly qualified journeymen and women once again received a number of awards this year: the government of Lower Bavaria gave special recognition to Michael Kirschner (industrial clerk) for his outstanding performance at vocational school. The HWK Niederbayern-Oberpfalz honoured Eva-Maria Meindorfer and Arthur Budulak as the best candidates in their apprenticeship as precision mechanics. Manuel Grosch (mechatronics technician) was honoured with a dream grade and one of the best vocational school qualifications at Landshut Vocational College.
"I am particularly proud that we are once again able to honor a large number of particularly outstanding achievements today, including the best examination grade in the profession of precision mechanic at the HWK Niederbayern-Oberpfalz for the fifth time in a row. This shows that we have been able to recruit motivated employees for our company and our products, and I am all the more pleased that the majority of all graduates remain part of our family," emphasized Erich Sennebogen.
