SENNEBOGEN recently held a farewell ceremony for this year's apprentices. A total of 15 junior employees - 13 apprentices and two dual students - successfully completed their training. This special milestone was celebrated together with the management, trainers and their families.
Behind the graduates lie intensive years of apprenticeship in which they have learned a lot, taken on responsibility and found their place in professional life. "They have shown a great deal of commitment over the past few years and expanded their specialist knowledge. You can be proud of that," said Klaus Stiglbauer, Head of Human Resources and Vehicle Fleet, during the event.
Anton Sennebogen then addressed a few personal words to the graduates. In his speech, he looked back on his own time as an apprentice and shared memories of formative moments that remain with him to this day. "An apprenticeship is a very special time," he recalled. "It's the experiences, the joint projects and also the challenges that you never forget later."
A total of 13 apprentices and two dual students successfully completed their training in various professions, including mechatronics technician, agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician, precision mechanic and industrial clerk. What is particularly pleasing is that the majority of the graduates are staying with the company and are now starting as permanent colleagues in a wide variety of areas.
The families of the junior employees also played a central role on this evening. Their support during the training period was acknowledged with heartfelt thanks - in the spirit of family togetherness, which is very important at SENNEBOGEN.
"We would like to congratulate all graduates on their successful completion. With their knowledge and motivation, they are ideally equipped for the future at SENNEBOGEN," said Klaus Stiglbauer at the end of the event.
