We bring in lots of empirical data from practical applications and reflect on aspects such as accessibility of systems and maintenance points, clear markings, intelligibility of error codes and the usability of manuals and service books. All documents can be downloaded using a customer login, spare parts are all in the online catalog. A team of around 20 in-house customer service specialists support our dealer service specialists at customer locations.
