SENNEBOGEN 680 HMC in the Harbour of St. Malo

Saint-Malo is a city in Brittany in the Northwest of France. Due to its historic city centre and fortress it is one of the most visited tourist places in France. In the harbour of this picturesque environment a SENNEBOGEN 680 harbour mobile crane is responsible for bulk materials handling. The machine fully meets the customer's requirements of a multi-functional mobile harbour machine.

With a maximum lifting capacity of 45 t and its 31.7 m lattice boom it perfectly covers all arising material handling tasks. The boom can be flexibly extended by 2.8 m elements. Heavy loads are lifted directly via the boom head, light loads can be easily handled using the jib. Two strong 16 t crane winches, high line speeds of 110 m/min and a powerful slewing drive ensure effective material handling. The 261 kW diesel engine can, as all service and maintenance points, be easily accessed via the walkway. The SENNEBOGEN 680 HMC has been treated with a special sea water-resistant painting, which provides long-term protection against aggressive sea air for     sustained value.
The 2 m pylon and the liftable harbour cab ensure that the driver has an excellent view of the working area at 10 m eye level. The clear dashboard and the spacious cabin create great comfort for the operator. The highly robust machine with heavy duty components guarantees utmost stability and durability, has been designed for extreme requirements in port materials handling and meets the highest European and French standards.
